Refund policy

At Revel , we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of hair care products, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped.

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged/defective item.

Once verified, we will issue either:

A replacement item (at no additional cost), or

A refund to your original payment method.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
